As the Systems Specialist you would be responsible for administration and day-to-day operations of all technology-based systems for Goodwill and its supported partners. Incumbent will ensure technology service and support for all systems related to operations. Incumbent will provide up to Level 3 technical support for all Goodwill of Southwestern Pennsylvania agency locations.

Duties include but not limited to:

• Responsible for the optimal operation and maintenance of the IT infrastructure and systems, including servers, hardware, peripherals, operating systems, and end-user applications.
• Responsible for administration of disaster recovery and data backups for all systems both on-premises and hosted in cloud
• Support network system operations by monitoring, supporting the expansion of infrastructure, etc. as requested.
• Provision and test Retail point-of-sale hardware and software with onsite deployment and onsite support of systems when necessary.

Travel: Yes, some travel between Goodwill Retail Stores and Offices will be required.

External Hiring Range: $52,624.00 up to $54,728.96

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent and 6 years’ experience being responsible for information technology help desk functions or similar. Proficiency with a variety of hardware, such as POS systems as well as personal and business technology, and software, such as SaaS, PHP, HCM systems, etc. required. OR
• Trade School Or Associates’ Degree(Information Technology or Related Field) and4 years’ experiencebeing responsible for information technology help desk functions or similar. Proficiency with a variety of hardware, such as POS systems as well as personal and business technology, and software, such as SaaS, PHP, HCM systems, etc. required. OR
• Bachelors’ Degree(Information Technology or Related Field) and2 years’ experiencebeing responsible for information technology help desk functions or similar. Proficiency with a variety of hardware, such as POS systems as well as personal and business technology, and software, such as SaaS, PHP, HCM systems, etc. required.
• Supervisory experience required without degree, preferred with degree. 

Additional Qualifications:

• Candidates are expected to provide current valid clearances (Child Abuse Clearance, FBI Fingerprints Clearance, and PATCH) upon hire.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
